That realization changed my path.
A simple document became a turning point in my life, giving me clarity and confidence to enter recruitment not as a job, but as a purpose.
Over time, I developed what I call “value nutrients” the ability to see hidden potential in people beyond their CVs.
Because the truth is simple: most companies fail not due to strategy, but due to wrong hiring.
I was once recommended for an Honorary Ambassador role an opportunity that usually demands strong networks, credibility, and long-standing relationships.
But what made it possible in my case was surprisingly simple the ability to build genuine rapport and trust within a very short period of time.
It is not just a story. It reflects how I naturally work with people today seeing beyond titles, building trust quickly, and connecting the right people with the right opportunities.
