Overview

Our Client is a leading player in Sri Lanka’s LED lighting industry, is seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead the company through its next phase of growth. The CEO will be responsible for strategic leadership, business growth, and operational excellence, with a focus on expanding market share, driving innovation, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute the company’s long-term business strategies in alignment with the vision of becoming the leading LED lighting solutions provider in Sri Lanka & International Market
• Business Growth: Drive revenue growth and profitability by identifying new market opportunities, expanding the product portfolio, and enhancing distribution channels.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring operational efficiency and continuous improvement in sales division.
• Market Expansion: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, builders and regulatory bodies to expand LGL’s presence in domestic and regional markets.
• Innovation & Product Development: Spearhead research and development initiatives to introduce cutting-edge, energy-efficient LED lighting solutions.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, financial planning, and performance to meet company objectives and deliver shareholder value.
• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and collaboration.
• Brand Management: Strengthen the brand presence in the market through strategic marketing initiatives and product positioning.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a CEO or Managing Director within the lighting, electronics, or related industries.
• Strong background in business development, market strategy, and operational management.
• Deep understanding of the LED lighting industry or similar sectors with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability.
• Demonstrated experience in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
